METHODOLOGY
EDUCLIMAD project is based on 3 phases:
1st PHASE: preparation of materials
A preparatory first phase, which includes the design of educational and methodological materials and resources, including the design of competencies’ assessment tools, a methodological guide to run school climate assemblies and the creation of educational resources aligned with the Green Comp: the European sustainability competence framework.
2nd PHASE: organisation of school climate assemblies
The second phase of the project comprises the organisation and development of school climate assemblies in 25 Primary Education schools (5th and 6th grade students) and the elaboration of action plans and political recommendations by the participating educational communities to face climate change and promote sustainability at local and regional levels.
3rd PHASE: dissemination and evaluation
In the third phase, which focuses on dissemination and evaluation, the project outcomes, the educational resources designed, and the learning derived from the project will be disseminated to stakeholders and social actors, including policy makers and other schools.
